TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

Like, Tag & Follow Social Media Competition 

 

By entering the “Like, Tag & Follow” Enkindel & Co’s competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 

  1. STANDARD TERMS 

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. 

1.2 By entering the competition, you’re agreeing to Like the competition post, tag a friend deserving of sharing the prize with and follow Enkindel & Co page on Facebook and/or Instagram during the promotional period to be eligible for entry.

1.3 You have the right to opt out of communications from Enkindel & Co at any time. If prior to the draw then entries will be forfeited. 

  1. WHO CAN ENTER? 

2.1 Entry is open to all individuals who agree to the terms and conditions of entry.

2.2 Prize can only be shipped to a business or residential address in Australia, no international or  PO box delivery available.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The competition commences on 25th Feb 2024 and concludes on 9th March 2024 at 11:59pm AEDT. 

3.2 In order to enter, entrants must like the “Like & Follow” post on either https://www.instagram.com/enkindelco/ or https://www.facebook.com/Enkindel/ and follow Enkindel & Co on either page. By Liking the post you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of entry. 

3.3 Multiple entries allowed by following and liking on both Facebook and Instagram. Additional entry can be obtained by Tagging mulitple people in the post and commenting your favourite scent on the post.

3.4 By tagging a friend to the post this is nominating who you wish to share the prize with if you are the lucky winner.

3.5 Entries must be received by 9th March 2024 at 11:59pm AEDT and remaining following during the draw on the 10th march.

  1. PRIZES 

4.1 There will be one (1) prize draw and one (1) winner. The winner will receive one prize package, as set out below. 

4.2 The prize consists of: 

2 x Enkindel most popular scent - Kakadu & Sandalwood Statement Reed Diffuser valued at $59.95 each total prize value up to $119.90 AUD.

4.3 The winner will be chosen by random draw on 10th March 2024, and notified by Direct message via the social media platform the winning entry was submitted on. Both the winner and the Tagged friend will be contacted.

4.4 The prize will be dispatched the week starting of the 11th March 2024 based on timing of winner’s and tagged friends nominated address being provided, Enkindel & Co will chosen at its discretion a carrier and shipping method. If no Australian shipping addresses provided within 3 weeks of the winner and tagged friend being notified of winning the competition the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Enkindel & Co may then choose to carry out a redraw and nominate another winner at their discretion. 

4.5 Both delivery addresses must be within Australia. 

 

  1. HOW TO WIN 

5.1 There will be one (1) winner chosen at random from total pool of entries received from both Facebook and Instagram, on 10th March 2024 12noon. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and fulfilled all details required will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2. 

5.2 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
