DELIVERY & RETURNS
Standard Domestic AU Shipping is $9.95, or for any orders that reach $75.00 and over (excluding shipping costs) will receive standard 'Shipping on us!'
Express Shipping is available at $24.95
Orders are normally dispatch within 1-2 business days unless on pre-order or customisation has been requested. These times will vary based on the requirement. Some delays can be expected during peak seasons.
Delivery times will vary based on your location - Below is an estimate for standard shipping. Please allow additional time during peak and holiday seasons.
NSW & ACT: 2-5 business days.
QLD & VIC: 3-5 business days.
SA: 4-6 business days.
TAS: 5-6 business days.
NT: 7-10 business days.
WA: 7-11 business days.
Orders dispatched on an express service estimated delivery is:
NSW, QLD, VIC & ACT: 1-2 business days.
SA & TAS: 2-3 business days.
NT: 3-4 business days.
WA: 3-5 business days.
Please allow additional time during peak and holiday seasons.
Enkindel Co will not be held liable to you for any losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.
Can I Track my order?
Once your order has shipped and left our warehouse, a tracking email will be sent to you. This will contain the courier and tracking details. Please check your 'Junk' folder if you have not received. If you have any concerns please feel free to contact our team at hello@enkindel.au
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, order shipped will need to be signed for. In most cases if you are not home a calling card will be left to arrange a redeliver or pick up from the courier's depot. If you know you will not be home we suggest you sending it to an address where someone will be there to sign for the delivery.
I have a question or there is an issue with my order - What do I do?
Please reach out to the team at hello@enkindel.au with your questions or information and/or images on the issue you are experiencing.
What is the returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of despatch, provided products are unopened and unused and in resalable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns. To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email hello@enkindel.au with the order number and details of what you would like to return. One of our team members will help you through the process.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally as a standard option, however if you have a requirement please contact our team hello@enkindel.au with the details on what you would like to purchase and the address. We can then investigate services and provide you with a shipping and estimate delivery quote.

All currency displayed on this site is listed as AUD.
We accept Pay Pal, Pay Pal in 4, Credit card, Afterpay & Zip
To reduce waste and paper consumption, we provide a paperless service. Should you require a copy of a tax invoice please reach out to our team with your order information to hello@enkindel.au to arrange.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Certainly, What a great idea! Due to us being paperless, you do not need to worry about invoices being included in your shipment. Our goods are gift ready and packaged beautifully. You can also add a gift card or personalisation to your order, please reach out to hello@enkindel.au for quotes and arrangements.
Can I use more than one discount at a time?
Unfortunately you can one use one discount code per order. 'Shipping on Us' and any other order threshold beneifts where no codes are needed are considered seperate. If you have any questions please contact us hello@enkindel.au

Oh no I've ordered the wrong thing... What do I do?
No worries, these things happen. Provided your order has not left our warehouse - please contact hello@enkindel.au we will do our best to stop the order before it leaves to amend or refund so you can order what you wanted. If the order has been packed and dispatched then you can follow our easy 14 day return process.
